Searchable FAQ

Includes an explicit limitation: we do not replace your internal QA sign-off or certify regulated readiness for every vertical.

Can a split team join the same Azure Fundamentals Cohort Core?

Yes, if everyone shares the same calendar block. We do not merge unrelated companies into one private room without disclosure; public cohorts list the expected audience in the invite.

Do you ship physical notebooks?

Seoul hybrid sessions include printed worksheets when noted on the invoice. Fully virtual cohorts rely on PDFs only to avoid customs delays.

How far ahead should procurement open a PO?

Most teams reserve eight to twelve weeks ahead for internal approvals. Inside two weeks we may redirect you to the next open block.

Is there a hard seat cap?

We vary caps by lab ratio; the listing states the range for that cohort. We avoid repeating the same cap number across every brochure because room layouts differ.

Why do you avoid production credentials in class?

Shared screens and recording policies make production access risky. We replicate scenarios in sandboxes so your security team can relax their guardrails for one week.

What if our VPN blocks the lab?

We send a port checklist before kickoff. If your policy cannot open them, we pivot to diagram-only modules for affected learners—clearly a limitation versus hands-on keyboard time.

Do prices include tax?

Displayed amounts are exclusive of Korean VAT unless the invoice explicitly states otherwise. Your finance team should apply the rate in force on the invoice date.

Can we record sessions internally?

Only with written approval from CloudStep and all attendees on the roster. Default is no recording to protect peer questions.

Will everyone pass the fundamentals exam?

We do not promise exam outcomes. Exam Readiness Intensive focuses on pacing and reasoning; some learners need additional self-study afterward.

What is not included in the post-course validation workshop?

It does not replace your internal QA sign-off, does not produce numeric grades, and does not certify regulatory readiness for your industry.
